This year, 2026, marks 58 years of unique Christian ministry through our programs.  We are located on beautiful Muskrat Lake, just an hour and a half west of Ottawa, Ontario. Open from May to October, we provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Throughout June 28-July 12, 2026, OVPC welcomes many ministry guests to deliver programs to all ages.  With many family-fun-filled events taking place, we invite you to see our schedule below.  In the afternoons, families can rent watercraft, enjoy our recreational facilities, borrow fishing equipment, and more. 

Services run daily, except for Saturdays, from June 28 to July 12 for all ages.

• Sunday Service Times: 10 am & 6:30 pm
• Monday - Friday Service Times: 10 am & 7 pm
• NOTE: During services, the lake and other camp activities, such as basketball, volleyball, horseshoes, and swimming, are not to be used per camp rules.

Modest swimwear must be worn by both men and women, and cover-ups or t-shirts should be worn when going to and from your accommodations to the beach. Bikinis are not allowed unless a dark t-shirt is worn over them, but tankinis are allowed.

July 1st is our Canada Day celebration with fireworks at 10 pm.

On TBD, we would love you to join us for Women's Day with a morning prayer walk, 2 sessions in the tabernacle, and refreshments. Lunch is available for an additional cost, and pre-registration is required.

TBD is our Missions Sunday, when we will feature many special guests at both the morning and evening services.

Attending Family Camp with Children or Youth?

All campers ages 2-17 must be registered online before attending their first service or program.  The form must be completed only once.

Please note that all kids' programs during Family Camp are free, and the Youth will have a weekday devotional time together throughout Family Camp. 

Summer camps are the highlight of our summer.  Seeing our children/students grow in their love for Christ and watching friendships form for years to come is our joy.  Mark your calendars with the dates below to send your children and youth to OVPC!

Young Adults Retreat - August 21-23

• This retreat is NEW this year and we are excited to be able to attend this summer with a group of young adults from KPC.

Public meals will be available for purchase from lunch on June 30 to lunch on July 14. We are excited to welcome Head Cook Mathieu Charlebois back to our kitchen for the upcoming season. Whether it's a hearty breakfast to start your day or evening snacks at the tuck shop, Mathieu and his team strive to create delicious new dishes every day. Meals can be ordered to-go or enjoyed at our dining hall or outdoor patio with a view of the lake.

Menus and tuck shop specials will be shared as camp season begins. 

Meal Times: 

• Breakfast 8:30 am
• Lunch 12 pm
• Dinner 5 pm (Dinner reservations are highly recommended on weekends)

OVPC offers many different styles of rooms to suit your needs and price and can be seen by clicking the Rentals Link below. 

All costs are based on a per-night basis and are not charged HST.  All guests staying in accommodations without washrooms have access to our public bathrooms and showers.  Feel free to contact the office for a recommendation of the right room for you. 

Accommodations are available from May through October.  A $25 deposit is required to complete your reservation.  Watercraft rentals may be added to any reservation to complete your experience at OVPC. 

Trailer sites may also be rented from May to October.

If you're interested in becoming a seasonal leaseholder and camping with us from the May long weekend to October 15, please get in touch with us today. We have 90 lease sites available that offer a safe and fun environment for you to enjoy your summer weeks or weekends while being close to all the action during summer camps.

Please note that all leaseholders are required to regularly attend a PAOC-affiliated church and respect OVPC's Community Life Stands Policy. Trailers placed on the site must also adhere to site guidelines. If you're looking for a trailer, don't forget to check out our Trailer Sales page.

Our friendly office staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have and provide you with information about lease rates. The base lease fee for the 2024 season is $2,145, which includes a deposit towards hydro usage.
