SPECIAL PROJECTS FUNDRAISING

SPECIAL PROJECT #2 - Parking Lot Expansion - Phase 1

As our church building ages and our congregation grows, we will present some special projects to update or improve the church.

Our NEXT Special Project for 2024 involves expanding our parking lot. This will be a two-phase endeavour, starting with the addition of more handicap spots at the top of the circle for those who may have difficulty walking long distances. The current handicapped parking spots will be converted into family parking spots for those with young children. Additionally, we will be expanding the far end of the parking lot. This project is essential, and we aim to complete it before winter as our current parking lot is reaching its capacity. We want to provide extra spaces for everyone and accommodate visitors as well. We kindly ask everyone to park within the painted lines to help us maximize our parking spaces.

Pre-Authorized Giving

A convenient method for regular givers is pre-authorized giving. You are able to specify an amount and schedule for funds that are withdrawn from your bank account.

We are happy to send you a form for this, or you can find a form in the lobby near the Debit machine.

Tax Receipts:

We accept donations through cash, cheque, credit, debit, and e-transfer. All donations will be directed to the General Fund unless you specify otherwise. To ensure that your contribution is directed to the right place and to receive a receipt for income tax purposes, please include your mailing address and designation (such as General, Missions, Youth, Mortgage, etc). If you have a tithing number, please include it with your donation.

Tax receipts for charitable donations will be issued by the end of February for the previous calendar year.
