The teams in the Children's Ministry at Kemptville Pentecostal Church are dedicated to providing exceptional programs for children up to grade 5. Our primary focus is to build a solid foundation for our Children's Ministries.

Join us TODAY for Pop Up Sunday where kids move up in their classes. We wil be having some extra fun today!!
New Born to Grade 5
Sundays:
Nursery and Kids Church: Available for newborns to Grade 5 during the morning service.
Dismissal: Children will be dismissed to their classes and Nursery after Worship Music. If parents would like their infants or toddlers to go to the Nursery at the beginning of the service, please inform us in advance, and we will gladly accommodate.
Tuesdays:
Kids Club is for children in SK - Grade 5 and is held at the church from 6:15 - 7:45 pm

This wonderful program is designed for kids in SK to Grade 5 and takes place every Tuesday evening from 6:15 pm to 7:45 pm.
We're excited to welcome you for an evening filled with fun, learning, and activities. From imaginative crafts and engaging lessons to thrilling games, there’s plenty to enjoy. This is also a great chance for your child to forge new friendships and deepen their faith.

Summer Kids Camp (Grades SK-6)
Kids Camp - July 2027
Summer camps are the highlight of our summer. Seeing our children grow in their love for Christ and watching friendships form for years to come is our joy.
Ages:
SK - Grade 6 during the 2025/26 school year.
Camp Fee Includes:
- Includes admission, accommodations, & meals
- Tuck is extra
Travel:
You are responsible for arranging transportation for your children to camp.

Summer VBS/Day Camp 2027 (SK - Grade 5)
Stirring Up A Hunger For Jesus. Take kids on a journey through the Gospel of Luke to discover that Jesus gives purpose, joy, and so much more! This unique, one-of-a-kind experience in a food factory of fun and science blends together for kids to experience friendship with Jesus.
WHEN: August 2027
WHERE: KPC - 1964 Hwy 43, Kemptville, ON
WHO: Kids entering Senior Kindergarten to Grade 6 in the Fall (September 2027)

If you're interested in getting involved in this program, please connect with Ruth-Ann Kohls. We put a lot of effort into transforming the church with decorations and crafts, so we need plenty of volunteers to make it happen. Some roles are behind the scenes, while others involve working directly with the children. There is a way for everyone to be involved.
NOTE: Individuals interested in working with children must complete the Plan to Protect program and provide an up-to-date Police Check.

Ottawa Valley Pentecostal Camp
Camps start this week, and we have attached a basic packing list to help your child avoid forgetting anything.
The following is a list of items to pack for our overnight camps:
● Bible/Journal
● Water Bottle
● Sunscreen
● Backpack (carry items for the day - kids camp)
● Bug Spray
● Modest bathing suit
● Beach Towel
● Running Shoes
● Hat
● Money for Tuck & Merch (Optional)
● Money for Offering (Optional)
● Bedding
● Pillow
● Clothes
● Bath towels
● Toiletries
● Medications (prescription and non-prescription medications must be given to a leader to administer)

NEXT TRAINING SESSION: The next training session is available to be done online.
This training is updated annually, and police checks are conducted every 3 years.

If you are a new volunteer or if you attended last fall, please get in touch with Pastor Josh to confirm your attendance. This training is an annual requirement for our insurance coverage.
