Every year, we organize a Giant Garage Sale to raise funds for our VBS Program. This greatly assists us in covering a significant portion of the event's expenses, enabling us to offer this week free of charge for children to attend.
As you are doing your Spring Cleaning, please start setting aside items that you would like to donate for the fundraiser.
Drop-off dates will be announced closer to the event. (Please refrain from bringing items to the church until the designated dates as we do not have the storage space for them.)
We run small groups at different times throughout the week. Currently, we are offering the following groups:
Small groups are a great way to get to know other people and make new friends at our church. We want to connect you to each other and to God.
We will be having some different small groups starting in the fall that you can be a part of. If you are interested in joining, hosting, or leading a group, please reach out through the "Contact Us" button below.

Here at Kemptville Pentecostal Church we offer various ways to get involved in prayer or receive prayer.
PRAYER GROUPS
PRAYER CHAIN
We as a church believe in prayer and would love to pray for you. We have a group of people who have committed to praying for those in need through our Prayer Chain. Let us know what we can pray for and we would be honored to do so.
Click below on the tab and let us know how we can pray or help you get involved in prayer at KPC
Church is all about growing in our relationship with God and each other, and serving others both inside and outside the church. Stepping out of our church to make a difference for God in the world in which we live brings God's love to others in our community.
“He said to them, ‘Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.’” - Mark 16:15
“‘Come, follow me,’ Jesus said, ‘and I will send you out to fish for people.’ At once they left their nets and followed him.” - Matthew 4:19-20
This natural progression is something each Christian goes through:
Loving God
Growing Together
Serving Others
Going into the World
KPC has a variety of ways for you to get involved. Find out how you can get started by speaking to Pastor Steve, Pastor Josh, or clicking on the volunteer tab below.
Throughout the year we have a variety of church events for children, adults, and families.
As a church family, we like getting to know each other better while enjoying food, fun, and conversation.
We have Church BBQs, Corn Boils, "Souper Sundays," a Christmas Banquet, and more! We also attend conventions, women's and men's events, youth rallies, and youth conventions.
Other important times for our church include our Christmas Eve Service, New Year's Eve Event, Easter Service, and Worship Nights. We hope you will get involved and get to know others in the church at these different events!

The importance of prayer is often overlooked. Most of us just pray for God to help us, or to bless us. And most of the time because of our busy lives, prayer is like an afterthought. But why is prayer important? In fact, what is prayer?
Christian prayer is our way of communicating with God. Just like how a child talks and listens to their father, prayer is how we as Christians and children of God converse with Him. And everyone’s conversation with God is different. That is why prayer is the most intimate form of communication that directly connects us to God on a personal level.
Praying to God is simple – all you really have to do is speak to Him with a genuine heart. And the Bible also makes it clear that prayer is really that straightforward. If we call upon the name of the Lord and come to Him in prayer, God listens to us. (Jeremiah 29:12). Prayer is freely given to us by God, which is why we need to understand the importance of prayer.
Hudson Taylor quote captures the true importance of prayer – “When you work, you work. But when you pray, God works.”
